We deliver to most countries and territories worldwide.
From time to time, we may be unable to find a suitable courier company to deliver our products to you safely if you live in a remote area or territory. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded after we inform you by email.
Due to certain economic sanctions outside of our control, we may not be able to deliver our products to your country.
To reduce our environmental footprint, our jewellery is made on demand within 10–14 working days from the date you place an order. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays. Kindly note that both UAE and destination country public holidays may extend production and transit times.

We offer complimentary shipping for UAE and international orders above AED 2,500.
Kindly note: Shipping charges cover the delivery cost of the item only and exclude any customs duties or taxes.
Shipment tracking is available on all e-commerce orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your delivery.
All orders must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature is required upon delivery.
If you are not at the recipient address at the time of delivery, a DHL courier representative will contact you to reschedule. If there are several failed delivery attempts, DHL will return the parcel to our registered office address.
In this case, we will be required to charge you for any applicable return shipping costs and/or taxes and duties incurred.
All countries have varying taxes and duties which are outside of our control. For international purchases, please check with your local customs office to understand any additional charges that may apply to your order.
All customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be settled directly with the courier.
If a delivery is refused due to customs/duties charges, or if an incorrect/incomplete address results in the order being returned, both the outbound and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

If your jewellery arrives damaged, we will repair it under our Warranty Policy. Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery for instructions on how to proceed.
In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit, it is insured. We will provide a full refund once the claim has been verified. Kindly notify us within 3 business days of the expected delivery date.
Our products are made-to-order and crafted with ethically and sustainably sourced laboratory grown diamonds. With each new piece, we honour our commitment to quality, community, and the planet. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. To cancel, please contact us immediately. After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be guaranteed as production may already be underway.
